RBRE would like to congratulate the Ricci family,
Ewing Brothers, and Jim Pancake for such a great start in the 2006 racing
season.
Paul Ricci in his ’96 Dodge Avenger ran back to back 8.18’s @ over 163
mph at Atco,
NJ. That was enough to
reset his SS/AM record without a sweat. Sevens are just around the
corner. Keep up the good work.
The Ewing Brothers received The Best Appearing Car Award in Orlando, FL
with their beautiful ’69 Camaro painted by Bucky’s LTD. Not to mention, they also set the
National Record in SS/JA at a 10.24. They continued on to Gainesville, FL to
runner-up in their class and then to Bradenton, FL
to lower the J record by yet another tenth. Ultimately setting it with a
pair of 10.12’s @ 128 mph.
Jim Pancake also started off the 2006 season with great success,
setting the SS/AH Record a total of three times at Gainesville, Belle Rose, and Atco. As some of you may already know, Jim ran
consistent 8.50’s at Atco, NJ.
A quick 8.559 @ 155.87 pass allowed Jim to set the National Record once
again. It is this kind of performance that shows his dedication to be a
top player in SS/AH.
We also want to thank the Brooks’ for allowing us to drive their
beautiful Barracuda to a SS/AH Class Win in Gainesville, FL.
We would like to thank you all for being such great customers and
supportive friends. That is truly what sportsman racing is all about.
